Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Newzen Green Energy India Pvt. Ltd. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling cash flow in the office. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
Preferable: Candidate in and around Bengalury, Karnataka or willing to relocate.
Workdays: Monday to Saturday (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledgers in Tally Prime.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable (sundry debtors and creditors).
- Prepare and file accurate and timely GST returns, ensure compliance with all GST regulations. And reconcile GST input and output tax.
- Travel to banks and auditor’s office for banking transactions, providing necessary documentations and information’s for audits (If necessary).
- Preparation and filing of Quarterly TDS returns and ensuring filing is done before the due date.
- Managing staff expense reimbursements.
- Working closely with the operation departments ensure smooth processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Experience in relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferable from a renewable energy operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid) including both DC and AC sides.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and design compliance.
- Assist in system design, component sourcing, and procurement with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand energy needs and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare data-driven designs and reports.
- Maintain documentation, analyze performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and electrical codes.
- Create accurate and efficient solar photovoltaic (PV) system designs, including single line diagrams, site layouts, and equipment specifications, using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Qualifications

Quality Engineer – WTG Civil

We are seeking a Quality Engineer – WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Civil to ensure the highest standards are maintained during the civil construction phase of our wind energy projects. This includes foundations, roads, hardstands, and other associated works for wind turbine installation and operation. The role requires strong civil engineering knowledge and hands-on experience in quality control/assurance for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Job Title: Quality Engineer – WTG Civil

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP) for civil works.
- Establish quality control procedures, checklists, and inspection protocols.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Witness and verify key inspections and tests, including material checks, rebar, formwork, and concrete sampling.
- Review and approve test reports, material compliance certificates, and quality records.
- Maintain complete documentation of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
- Monitor corrective actions to ensure long-term resolution of quality issues.
- Submit periodic quality performance reports to project leadership.
- Collaborate with contractors and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Provide training to site personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering for civil construction projects.
- Preferred: experience in QA/QC roles for wind farm projects (WTG foundations, roads, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction materials, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Understanding of concrete technology, soil mechanics, and structural steel.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ASQ CQE or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
